The 11th edition of the Postal Business Forum was held from 18 to 20 November 2024 at Hotel Sofitel, Bangkok. An exclusive Postal CEOs Roundtable was organized on 17th November 2024 for the Postal CEOs.
During the Forum, discussions covered a range of topics, including e-commerce, last-mile delivery, digitalization, sustainability, and cross-border mail. Through interactive sessions, expert panels, and keynote speeches, participants shared and gained insights into the evolving postal landscape and learned about best practices, successful case studies, and innovative solutions from around the world.

The first edition of the Postal CEOs Roundtable was held on 17 November from 6 PM to 9 PM. This was an invitation-only event.

The second edition of the Postal CEOs Forum was organized on 18 November in conjunction with the Postal Business Forum. This platform brought together CEOs, Secretaries, Directors General, Post Masters General, Managing Directors, and other postal leaders from the region and beyond to share their vision and insights about the sector and to interact with the stakeholders.
The second edition of the Postal Start-Up Forum was organized on the afternoon of 20 November 2024.
