POSTAL BUSINESS FORUM 2023

The theme of this year’s Postal Business Forum is “Innovating with Digital Transformation to Build Resilience in the Postal Sector” where participants will explore the latest innovations, trends, and emerging technologies that are shaping the future of the postal sector. Discussions will cover a range of topics, including e-commerce, last-mile delivery, digitalization, sustainability, and cross-border mail. Through interactive sessions, expert panels, and keynote speeches, participants will share and gain insights into the evolving postal landscape and learn about best practices, successful case studies, and innovative solutions from around the world.

For the first time, a CEOs Forum will be organized on 20 November in conjunction with the Postal Business Forum. This will be a platform to bring together CEOs, Secretaries, Directors General, Post Masters General, Managing Directors, and other postal leaders from the region and beyond to share their vision and insights about the sector and to interact with the stakeholders.
